I'm really bummed that I haven't kept up with this blog as much as I thought I would, but let's be honest, wedding planning and working full time can make things pretty busy!! I've now reached a point where there's enough of a lull that I can write, and it's a holiday tomorrow!
It's funny looking back at my last draft. I wrote something similar to the tune of "Well we're into the One Hundreds now in the countdown". In just a little over two weeks from now we will officially be in only double digits for the count down. And yes, I have kept the countdown current. Right now, it's 119 days till we say I do, and tomorrow will be 118.
Suffice to say that mostly everything that has to be planned has been done already or settled for the time being. All bridesmaids have ordered their dresses; the flower girls have their dresses purchased; the men have their tuxes all sorted out; the florist is set; the photographer is set; the invitations are here…and a partridge in a pear tree. The list could go on, but I'm sure you lovely readers get the picture.
The "To Dos" on my Knot app for now are only three. I have to say that even though Dana and I wore ourselves thin a little bit at some points, I'm glad to look ahead and not having a whole slew of to dos to think about for another month. May is a busy month all its own without adding a wedding on top of it.
I really wish I had more to report, but there really isn't much more than this. I feel like I should have reported something more than this, but oh well. I suppose maybe next time I'll have more? Sorry lovelies! Till next time!
